How to Escalate Your Service Issue
If you are communicating with Bell and are not satisfied with the level of service, your first step should be to escalate the call to a supervisor. Request that the representative transfer your call to their supervisor. When you get the supervisor on the line, request the supervisor’s name and employee number. This lets the supervisor know that you are going to hold them accountable for their efforts to resolve your issue.
If a supervisor cannot resolve your issue submit your complaint to the Bell Customer Relations Centre using the following webform: https://www.bell.ca/Escalation_WebForm. Be sure to identify your issue clearly, steps taken by customer service representatives (including supervisors), and the results (or lack thereof) obtained. Note the name, employee number, and date of interaction with each customer service representative (including supervisors).
